For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Retail Excellence Team, supporting the transformation and growth of our retail network.

You'll be in charge of:
Footprint Strategy
- Analyze market and store performance data across different geographical areas to identify opportunities for new store openings, closures and relocations.
- Assess regional demographics, market potential and competitor presence to support strategic expansion plans.
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Amplifon's retail footprint and business development.
Process & Journey Optimization
- Map customer touchpoints and analyze business KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate root causes of performance deviations and propose actionable recommendations.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and commercial performance indicators across the network.
- Translate data-driven insights into presentations and business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and transform insights into practical business recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) and/or databases is considered a plus.
- Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
