  • Act as Manager-on-Duty, including opening and closing responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in grocery or high-volume retail leadership (Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar)
  • Strong passion for people development, fresh product, and store presentation
  • Hands-on leadership style with a sense of urgency and ownership mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on execution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable supporting front-end, back-of-house, and team leadership functions
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, labor management, and store operations
  • Food safety knowledge with ability to maintain required certifications

Why This Opportunity

  • Culture-driven environment focused on people and growth
  • Strong leadership support and mentorship from Store Director
  • Opportunity to grow into a Store Director role
  • Team-oriented environment with a focus on fresh quality and operational excellence
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
