About Mobile Hope

Mobile Hope empowers youth ages 24 and under who are experiencing homelessness or crisis by providing shelter, food, clothing, life‐skills training, case management, and wraparound support. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to creating pathways to stability and independence for the young people we serve.

Position Summary

The Campus Operations team plays a central role in ensuring Mobile Hope’s programs, facilities, and daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. This position supports logistics, scheduling, volunteer coordination, inventory management, and internal processes that keep the organization functioning at a high level. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, proactive, mission‐driven, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment where no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Operational Support

  • Support and lead day‐to‐day operations across all Mobile Hope programs, including the campus, outreach services, thrift store, events, etc.
  • Maintain schedules, staff calendars, and operational workflows to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Coordinate and perform pickups/drop-offs of all donations, supplies, trash, etc.
  • Utilize tools and equipment to perform small repairs and maintenance on campus, such as landscaping, security system or moving large donated items.

Volunteer & Community Engagement

  • Assist with volunteer scheduling and day‐of coordination.
  • Provide support during events, fundraisers, and outreach activities.
  • Serve as a friendly face to volunteers, donors, and community partners.

Inventory & Facilities Management

  • Oversee inventory of donated goods, supplies, and program materials; ensure accurate tracking and organization.
  • Support and assist with facility needs, including cleanliness, safety, and coordination with vendors or maintenance providers.
  • Monitor and restock essential items for youth services and outreach operations.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Mobile Hope’s mission and commitment to serving the youth and community.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, construction, nonprofit work, or logistics. (nonprofit experience preferred but not required) (References are a big plus).
  • Spanish speaking a big plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‐moving environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and support physical tasks related to inventory and event setup.
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive Mobile Hope vehicles a big plus.
