Job description

Sales Advisor

PenTex Equipment is hiring for a full-time and/or part-time bilingual Spanish-speaking Sales Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting our Spanish-speaking customers and also managing parts, units, and general organization within the store. No prior industry experience is required. We will train the right individual on our products, equipment, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-Speaking customers by providing exceptional customer service in their preferred language. Advising on equipment purchase needs and process, operation, maintenance, and warranty information.

• Create customer work orders by accurately documenting equipment concerns and service requests.

• Look up and identify parts for customers, create sales orders, and process parts purchases accurately and efficiently.

• Build strong relationships with Spanish-speaking customers by creating a welcoming and positive buying experience.

• Support the dealership by expanding outreach to the Spanish-speaking community and helping grow customer relationships.

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.

• Receive and assemble some equipment

• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the store

• Assist with additional tasks as requested by the manager

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Hours

Monday to Friday 1 PM - 5 PM, Occasional Saturday 8-12 or 8-1 if needed
