Position Overview

The Store Manager leads all aspects of the Aspen studio, driving sales, developing the team, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in luxury retail and leads by example.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Create a collaborative, service-driven culture focused on results.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Build lasting client relationships while serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Oversee daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and studio presentation.
  • Manage the custom boot experience from order submission through client communication and delivery.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and shipment processing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, elevate the client experience, and grow the business.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of retail management experience; luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven success driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
  • Passion for luxury retail, styling, and exceptional client service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, accountable, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology; Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
