EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world.
The Executive Director of Operations serves as a senior executive leader, primarily responsible for the operational and financial vitality of the Passion Movement. With a growth and impact mindset, this role leads the full scope of Passion's central infrastructure, including Finance, HR, IT, legal, Security and real estate. The Executive Director of Operations enables Passion to run with operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth, strong stewardship, and unified execution across all rooms of our House.

- Professional
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, or business developmentpreferably with experience in ministry, media, or nonprofit organizations.
- Proven experience managing multi-entity organizations and diverse revenue streams.
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams, implement infrastructure, and lead through change.
- Excellent financial literacy, strategic insight, and organizational development skills.
- Skilled and proven track record of facilitating large scale, multi-faceted negotiations.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree required; CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
