Steinhafels is currently recruiting for a General Manager in the Fox Valley. This position has the overall responsibility to oversee all operations of their facility, manage all employees, and oversee all customer and sales related matters.

Responsibilities
Primary duties for the General Manager include:
  • Oversees store management staff and all store employees
  • Reviews sales team under direction from the company standards
  • Address customer issues timely with a goal to resolve, satisfy the customer, and ensure it does not repeat
  • Open and close the retail store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
  • Maintaining only the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Handles all conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
  • Responsible for the retail floor layout and presentation
  • Pre-employment surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
