  • Join weekly HQ calls and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Build strong relationships with mall management and neighbouring retailers

  • Support future Vessi store openings as needed

  • Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and recognition
  • Own performance reviews and ongoing development of the team

Performance

  • Drive strong sales results with a focus on Year-over-Year comp and deliver on key metrics including SPH, AOV, conversion, and inventory health
  • Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and share weekly updates with the HQ team
  • Empower the team to deliver unforgettable, customer-first experiences every day

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with 3–5 years as a Store Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (footwear/apparel strongly preferred)
  • Proven leadership in building and retaining strong, high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of retail store operations and KPIs
  • Business-minded with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Previous store opening experience
  • Familiarity with the Greater Vancouver Area customer base

What You’ll Get

  • Opportunity to help build an ever-evolving brand
  • Competitive salary

  • Extended health benefits including EAP + $500 annual Health & Wellness Spending Account
  • $1,000 per year Education Reimbursement
  • 40% Family & Friends Discount
  • Free Vessi product
  • Professional development opportunities
