Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a high‐energy, customer‐focused store. You'll lead by example, foster a culture of service and teamwork, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your day‐to‐day will include: Leading & Inspiring – Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of amazing baristas. Running the Show – Manage scheduling, daily operations, and store standards. Keeping it Sharp – Oversee cleanliness, efficiency, and quality at every step. Getting it Done – Handle essential managerial tasks and reporting. Living the Values – Embody and promote Scooter's Coffee core values every shift. We'll provide hands‐on leadership training so you can thrive in your role and continue growing in your career.
