Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Rosharon, TX 77583
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00/hr (W-2)

Job Summary
The Storekeeper is responsible for material handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Duties include receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Perform labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory.
  • Ensure outgoing materials are properly packed with accurate documentation.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping in shipping/receiving areas.
  • Support inventory counts, kitting, and Kanban replenishment activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory or warehouse discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after certification.
  • Follow all company policies, safety, and QHSE standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts (sit-down, reach, or similar equipment).
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and work at heights up to 23 ft.
  • Comfortable working in hot warehouse and outdoor environments.
Preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other MRP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus (company will recertify if needed).
Shift
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM ($2/hr differential)
  • Monday – Friday; weekends as needed.
Additional Information
  • Warehouse is not fully air-conditioned; some outdoor work required.
  • PPE provided by the company.
  • Annual full inventory count may require extended coverage.
