  • Serve as a visible leader on the sales floor, providing support, direction, and coaching while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Oversee store performance by monitoring operational metrics, sales, labor, inventory, and overall business results.
  • Partner with supervisors to ensure scheduling, merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations are executed effectively and consistently.
  • Ensure all food and grocery operations comply with company standards, health department regulations, and food safety requirements.

  • Collaborate with company leadership on promotions, seasonal initiatives, operational improvements, and business objectives.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and effectively while creating positive resolutions.
  • Promote clear communication, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and the overall customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within grocery, specialty retail, food service, or hospitality.
  • Experience leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to balance customer service, employee engagement, and financial performance.
  • Experience overseeing retail environments that include food and grocery products.
  • Current Utah Food Handler Permit (required).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Proficient with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
