Job description


Job Title: Inventory Manager | Reports to: General Manager | Location: 2010 Wilton Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305

The Inventory Manager position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards. The Inventory Manager will oversee all inventory operations including but not limited to accurate inventory counts, order fulfillment, inbound transfers, outbound transfers, seed to sale tracking, auditing discrepancies, product offerings for all orders, and a high level of organizational standards to maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive inventory sales and positive sales results.

  • Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by providing accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and adhering to HIPPA.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed.

  • Fulfill patient orders and ensure all products in the order are the correct products, ensure all products have correct patient labels affixed and ensure products are being packaged in compliant exit bags including product inserts and order receipts.

  • Train and develop dispensary associates and ensure all dispensary associates are knowledgeable on all company products.

  • Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures.

  • Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with product return/exchange process, and product availability accuracy.

  • Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)

  • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs, standing, sitting, kneeling, and bending, as well as performing other physical duties regularly for extended periods.

  • Open availability and reliability; especially during high-volume days (weekends, holidays and new product drop days).

  • Able to work cohesively with a team and can pivot as needed.

  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.

  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Starting wage: $50,000 per year salary. The Flowery offers benefits, paid time off accruals and paid holidays to all full-time employees.
