Position Title: Sales Account Executive CCTV Direct is hiring a Sales Account Representative in Winnipeg who will be responsible for increasing market share, uncovering new opportunities, and driving the kind of sales that result in long-term customer relationships. CCTV Direct is expanding into Western Canada and are positioned to open our newest location in Winnipeg. We are looking to hire a Sales Account Executive who will help us to lead the development of sales and operations in our prospective Winnipeg Branch.  The Role As the Sales Account Executive for Western Canada, you will be the primary liaison for our clients, driving new business development. This role demands strong relationship management skills to cultivate positive partnerships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders. Positioned in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, this strategic role offers growth opportunities and potential for managerial advancement as CCTV Direct expands. REPORTING The Sales Account Executive will report directly to the President. The role may also work and collaborate with our other Sales Account Manager in our Quebec branch on a project-by-project basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactively drive market intelligence and uncover growth opportunities. * Increase Market Share by performing sales efforts to convert potential customers to CCTV Direct customers. * To maintain and develop new customer relationships in the CCTV, Security, Access Control, and Networking industry. * Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales. * Determining sales projections for fiscal year and tracking progress. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES * As we grow, the role may assist in the opening and leadership of the Winnipeg CCTV Branch location. QUALIFICATIONS * Experienced within a sales role or have equivalent experience. * Experienced in B2B sales environment. * Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Experience in the security industry will be considered a definite asset. KEY COMPENTENCIES * Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality. * Strong understanding of CCTV, access control and intrusion systems. * Sales Experience in the Security Industry is an asset. * Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done approach while maintaining high business ethical standards. * Experience working at a Retail Office Supply store is a plus.
