The Store Leader is held accountable for Wowing our guests with a positive experience by providing fast, safe, efficient and friendly customer service; The Store Manager is responsible for the overall compliance of all company standards and to maximize sales by achieving sales and labor goals. Responsible for training, developing and directing the team members; maintaining sales records; controlling the flow and distribution of merchandise and supplies; and providing for the safety and security of the team members.3

Assists in achieving sales and labor goals in an effort to maximize sales.4. Proficient in both opening and closing store procedures, daily banking, cash handling and loss prevention procedures; responsible for balancing, verifying, and maintaining store funds and keeping cash tills low. Auditing daily paperwork.5

Complying with all guest service and merchandising procedures; effectively using reorder guides to maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of products.6. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to complete store banking procedures as needed.7. Reflecting Weigel's image by interacting in a professional manner with guests, associates, peers, vendors and home office personnel
