Invite a friend Back to job search Job Description: The Store Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling the day to day activities of their assigned store in conjunction with company strategy and initiatives as directed by the Store Director. The Store Manager embodies the core values of Tire Engineers and supports operations. The Store Manager sets the highest standards of excellence.

Their main goal is to work closely with the Store Team improving the performance through hands on presence in the store, development of talent, and execution of store process & procedures. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Achieve budget through Car Count/Mechanical Revenue, and Tire Revenue Maintain control of budget spending operating expenses, labor efficiency, customer service, ensure Cost of Goods at store is optimized, and headcounts and labor hours are maintained within weekly targets Store Managers are required to provide the highest standards of production through group participation when rolling out Key Initiatives and do so in a timely manner Follow up with Service Manager ensuring their responsibility in creating the weekly schedules, and that staffing goals are met. Ensure expense control practices are being engaged on a daily basis.

Payroll, Expense and Claims Trackers are used to meet budgeted objectives Place safety above all other considerations by ensuring store maintains a safe operating environment, each employee uses the appropriate safety equipment and devices and all customers, visitors, vendors and other non-employee personnel are safely escorted when on the operating floor Coach service department teammates on all operational issues of working the process within the Tire Guru systems and service standards working with CTC process Manages parts inventory and outside purchase of parts, complies with parts and Tire Purchase Program Ensures that proper inspections are being conducted in accordance to the CTC process Responsible for store KPIs as per company directives Set goals for store teammates related to KPIs to enhance develop and career path progress Experience and Skills Position Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Service Manager experience Sales management experience Proven Track Record of Exceeding Business Objectives Excellent oral and written communication skills required Ability to work well with others and motivate people
