Are you passionate about leading a team in a positive, people-focused environment? Do you have a knack for effective resource management and attention to detail?

Join Chick-fil-A as a Store Director and take on the responsibility of supervising store outlets, managing resources, and ensuring top-notch stock, staff, and sales management. As a Store Director, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and leadership-driven setting, where your skills will be honed and your contributions valued.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising store operations and its leaders on a daily basis
  • goal setting, metric tracking and benchmarking your designated area of the business
  • Managing resources efficiently
  • Taking care of stock, staff, and sales management
  • Other responsibilities can include, scheduling, inventory order and management, recruiting and interviews, system upkeep and management, food safety and quality, internal audits and more.

With a Higher average unit volume than most QSR restaurants and higher standards, we disperse responsibilities among our top level director team. While each is cross trained in all areas of the business, each owns a specific part to ensure excellence in that area to help move the business a whole forward.

We are looking for high level motivated people who are willing to be trained and take ownership in all areas of the business. This role comes with a lot of responsibility and will take someone who is self motivated to achieve excellence who enjoys a competitive environment.
