The Store Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. They collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams to facilitate project progress. Key responsibilities include collecting and organizing critical information, resolving issues, managing project files, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains constant communication between Construction Project Managers and other internal team members to ensure efficient and effective communication process.
  • Collects, organizes and communicates critical information, updates the data related to new construction projects.
  • Escalates critical issues of importance with follow through to appropriate responsible parties.
  • Follows through with multi-step processes to ensure 100% completion of all projects.
  • Participates, and in some cases leads, research, communication, and resolution of project-related issues.
  • Provides administrative support for most tasks.
  • Anticipates and proactively resolves problems/obstacles/barriers.
  • Demonstrates and maintains strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manages project files and records.
  • Routes documents for approval and execution, including compiling the proper backup paperwork, identifying appropriate approvals required, final distribution, filing and scanning.
  • Follows through on invoices.
  • Sorts and files paperwork into project folders, both electronic and paper.
  • Attends training sessions as directed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Candidate should have strong technical skills, with the ability to adapt to other software applications, such as SharePoint and proprietary software
  • The ideal candidate will possess proven interpersonal skills, can balance relevant priorities, has very strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas effectively, work well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt easily to changing processes, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Candidate must be very effective at meeting deadlines and other deliverables with moderate supervision
  • Experience implementing best practices work process
