At Nirvana Cannabis, we're more than just a dispensary-we're a family owned and operated company that believes in celebrating individuality, empowering our team, and developing the next generation of cannabis industry leaders. We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee all aspects of retail operations, drive performance, and inspire a team to deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be the backbone of the dispensary-responsible for sales, inventory, compliance, staff development, and customer satisfaction. You'll set the tone for professionalism and teamwork while ensuring that the store operates smoothly, profitably, and in full compliance with state regulations and company standards.
On any given day, you might:
  • Oversee all store operations-from sales and inventory to customer service and marketing initiatives
  • Hire, train, and mentor employees, building a strong and capable team
  • Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and team development plans
  • Review financial reports, reconcile cash receipts, and verify deposits to maintain fiscal integrity
  • Conduct audits of cash handling, compliance, and inventory systems to prepare for inspections
  • Lead manager and employee meetings to align goals, share updates, and reinforce standards
  • Step into any role-from sales to inventory to reception-to support the team as needed
  • Partner with regional leadership to develop strategies that boost efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure the store remains audit-ready and compliant with all local and state regulations
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-merchandised store environment that reflects the Nirvana brand

What We're Looking For
We want a seasoned leader who's ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate is:
  • Experienced with at least 2+ years of cannabis retail management
  • Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Knowledgeable in compliance, auditing, and retail best practices
  • Financially savvy, with the ability to manage budgets and analyze operational metrics
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • An excellent communicator who leads with professionalism and fairness

Perks of the Role - Be the Face of Leadership
As Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of one of the most exciting industries in the country. This role offers more than responsibility-it offers influence. You'll have the opportunity to shape your team, drive business growth, and position yourself for future opportunities within Nirvana's expanding network.
We don't just build teams-we build leaders. And we're ready to help you take your leadership career to the next level.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of cannabis retail management experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must meet all state cannabis industry employment requirements

Why Nirvana?
At Nirvana Cannabis, we're committed to excellence, growth, and community. As a family owned and operated company, we treat our employees like family too-valuing individuality, promoting development, and providing real career opportunities in the cannabis industry.
If you're ready to lead with integrity, inspire your team, and drive a thriving dispensary, we want you as our next Store Manager.
