Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Completes deliveries and pick-up of parts and materials as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  1. Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors as directed.
  2. Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors as coordinated through Parts Manager.
  3. Sort transfers as requested by Parts Manager.
  4. Assist the parts counter when needed.
  5. Ensure all paperwork is done accurately, timely and efficiently.
  6. Clean and maintain vehicle used for deliveries.
  7. Wash and clean machinery as assigned.
  8. Assists in maintaining shop area in an organized and clean manner.
  9. Communicate vendor or customer requests and concerns to management.
  10. Responsible for the upkeep of the facility location, including mowing, spraying, and general upkeep.
  11. Backup to the Shuttle driver.
  12. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
  13. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
