What is a storage receptionist?

Storage receptionists are front-desk professionals who manage customer inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs at storage facilities. They handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, maintaining records, and answering phone calls. Their role also involves assisting customers with renting storage units, explaining facility policies, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Overall, storage receptionists are the first point of contact and play a key role in customer service at self-storage businesses.
