About the Role: Storage King USA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you enjoy connecting with people, taking pride in your work, and want to be part of a supportive and inclusive culture — we want to hear from you!

This full-time hourly role includes weekend availability and offers excellent benefits, bonus potential, and career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist customers in renting storage units, parking spaces, and purchasing merchandise.
  • Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into successful rentals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including unit inspections, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
  • Manage customer accounts, collect rent, enforce policies, and handle delinquent units (including auctions when needed).
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, inspect completed work, and maintain service standards.
  • Foster strong community connections and promote Storage King USA locally.
  • Lead and support on-site staff, creating a positive, efficient work environment.
