Installation Crew Member

Warehouse Solutions, Inc. (WSI) a subsidiary of Storage Solutions Inc. (SSI), seeks an Installation Crew Member in order to meet growing customer demands. Previous background and/or experience is not required - we'll train you.

The position will be installing and dismantling warehouse distribution equipment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-focused, take initiative, and work independently as well as with groups.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with loading and unloading building materials
  • Assist in building structures for commercial job sites
  • Perform tasks involving physical labor (lifting, climbing, bending, and operating power tools)
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time
  • Ability to occasionally work in food storage freezers with subzero temperatures
  • Ability to operate construction equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Employs strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of drawings/blueprints
