Weโ€™re a self-storage company that believes in hiring capable, no-nonsense people who take pride in their work. We value clear communication, strong customer service, accountability, and people who can solve problems without needing constant hand-holding.

No endless meetings that couldโ€™ve been emails. No micromanaging every tiny detail. Just a team of hardworking people who get things done and support each other when needed.

Even though we have locations across the country, we work together like one highly effective team with a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic. We trust our people to do their jobs professionally, take ownership of their work, and treat customers well.

Weโ€™re looking for a Part-Time Storage Manager who can keep things running smoothly, provide excellent customer service, and help customers find the right storage solution without sounding like a pushy salesperson.

  • Perform light maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning units
  • Open and close storage unit doors and assist with general upkeep around the property
  • Help maintain a property appearance customers feel good about when they arrive

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive
  • Good with people without sounding scripted or pushy
  • Able to stay calm, flexible, and solution-oriented when issues come up

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus, but not required
