What we are seeking in a Hospitality Professional

Role Requirements - Day Shift Hospitality Specialist

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity and respect in all guest interactions
  • Proficiency in providing Hospitality directly to guests in the restaurant which could include, but not limited to:
    • Receiving Guest Orders
    • Operating a cash register and receive payment from guest in cash, credit card, or digital format
    • Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required
    • Assemble & Deliver Guest Orders
  • Cleaning & restocking of front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Work efficiently
  • Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority
