Job description

As a Business Banking Sales Consultant within PNC's Customer Care Center organization, you will conduct the business cashflow conversation via incoming calls from current PNC business owners and prospects. As a Business Banking Sales Consultant within PNC's Customer Care Center organization, you focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. You will listen to client needs, make recommendations of PNC products and services, and engage business partners during the meeting to assist with product selection.
Various shifts available between 9:00am - 7:30pm (Eastern) including a permanent Saturday requirement.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job Description
  • Responsible for the acquisition and growth of new and/or existing clients through direct marketing and branch delivery model.
  • Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet may present the full range of PNC's products and services during each customer interaction.
  • Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Builds an effective internal network within branch distribution and product partners to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to further enhance the client experience. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners.
  • Through discovery conversations, identifies and implements client solutions and, as appropriate, collaborates with internal business partners. Effectively executes on contact management strategy through utilization of available tools and resources. Regularly meets with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management.
