As a Sales Counselor (internally called Residency Counselor), you'll manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. You'll have the unique advantage of working with qualified inbound leads, making it easier for you to focus on building meaningful relationships and sales momentum. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full sales process from first inquiry to deposit and move-in.
  • Engaging prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours to build lasting relationships and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Offering personalized guidance to prospects and their families on available living options, services, and the care levels offered at the Community.
  • Collaborating with marketing and move-in teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to resident.
  • Actively participating in marketing events and contributing to the development of strategies to attract new leads.
  • Achieving sales goals and meeting customer contact metrics set by the Marketing Director.
  • Documenting all interactions in our CRM to ensure efficient follow-up and organization.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Sales Success: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Relationship-Driven Approach: High emotional intelligence is essential. You'll need to navigate sensitive, emotional decisions with care and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported and confident during what can be a vulnerable time.
