Job description

Stonehenge owns and manages several luxury residential apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. We are currently looking to fill a handyman position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance of assigned building
  • Conduct move in and move out inspections
  • Conduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etc
  • Inspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdowns
  • Maintain inventory of building necessities
  • Perform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartments

Requirements

  • Relevant maintenance experience required
  • Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
  • Experience in Residential properties is preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
