As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Responsive and respectful interactions with our residential and commercial customers, focused on understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Cleaning and Repair: Provide tile/grout cleaning, tile repair, minor re-grouting, caulking, color sealing, and minor repair services.
  • Secondary Services: These may include residential stone countertop sealing, and applying coatings to all floors and surfaces.
  • Safety Adherence: Safelyand efficiently operate the service vehicle, utilize chemicals and maintain equipment, follow all safety regulations at all times including inspecting equipment, following all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and using the proper equipment for each job.
  • Process Payments and Paperwork: On site payment and paperwork processing.
  • Business Development Activities: Possible activities such as engaging in community events, networking opportunities, and provide occasional estimates as required.
  • Inventory: Maintaining and reporting on accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc.
  • Reporting and Communication: Reporting all safety concerns or injuries immediately, clear communication to both customers and managers on any issues or questions on the work.
