Moore Mechanical is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Installer who can do more than install plumbing systems.

This role is for a skilled plumber who can lead by example, coordinate field activities, mentor apprentices and installers, and help projects stay on schedule and on budget.

As a Senior Plumbing Installer, you'll serve as a key leader in the field and play an important role in developing the next generation of Moore Mechanical plumbers while preparing for future advancement into Field Supervisor and Operations leadership positions.

What You'll Do

Field Leadership

  • Lead plumbing installations on residential and commercial projects
  • Coordinate daily crew activities and jobsite priorities
  • Assign work and provide direction to apprentices and installers

What We're Looking For

  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Michigan preferred
  • 5+ years of plumbing installation experience
  • Proven leadership or crew lead experience
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, building codes, and installation best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18
