Description:

The Technical Trainer is responsible for customer training the creation, delivery, and maintenance of customer seminars, teaching the proper operation of Park Industries’ stone cutting and related equipment. This position also performs customer product demonstrations and creates operating and maintenance manuals, training videos, and online seminars.

Requirements:

Park Industries is seeking to add a Technical Trainer to our team!

In the Trainer role, you will be responsible for conducting training classes for our customers who purchase our machines. Training is mainly focused on CAD/CAM software, CNC machine operations and demonstrate proper machine maintenance techniques.


What can you expect to do in this role?

  • Present classroom lecture, software, and hands-on training which are all up to date
  • Develop instructional handouts and course agenda as well as ensure instructor and customer training manuals are current and follow standardized training format
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings
  • Obtain and prepare stone and tooling equipment for the training center and ensure the cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Assist Customer Service department with service calls and maintain reference library of records and files of old documents
  • Create clear and understandable training manuals for instructor and customer utilization in timely fashion. The manuals include operational photos/illustrations, engineering drawings, and task sequencing

This role is full time, business office hours. There is the potential for some remote/hybrid work, but this position does require that you are onsite most of the time, with travel as needed.

Pay Transparency Statement

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary will be between $55,620 to $71,585 per year depending on experience. Please note that the range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
