StyleCraft is a group of local, family owned companies. Our Mission is to Create Communities that Inspire People to Live Up. We are looking for a highly customer focused Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full time, onsite role.


The Office Assistant is responsible for providing a wide variety of services to all StyleCraft team members and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing calls, directing visitors, and ad hoc needs and special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the office building
  • Accurately, courteously, and professionally respond to all calls and walk in visitors.
  • Assists with office appearance, supply inventory, mail distribution, and stocking of conference rooms
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Assists with event and meeting planning, meal orders, reservations, etc.
  • Assists with maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, conference rooms, lobby areas etc.
  • Serves as the backup to the Office Coordinator in their absence
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adept at MS Office suite and administrative tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
