Job Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate to join our Stock Team! The candidate must be able to provide customer service in a friendly manner. Responsibilities include quality control by checking products for quality and condition. To provide customer service in a professional and enthusiastic manner that consistently follows the Customer Service Standards, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by properly handling all inquiries, orders, special orders and returns, and to maintain the appearance and quality of the food in the display cases. You are required to provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner that consistently follows the standards of NetCost Market to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively assist customers within the guidelines outlined in our Customer Service Standards. Perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered
  • Provide customer service to customers who may need assistance while setting up displays or otherwise in the front of the store
  • Use rolling ladders to retrieve items from the stockroom on hard to reach shelves
  • Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items
  • Build new store displays to present special merchandise
  • Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and displays according to company standards
  • Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
  • Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition
  • Keep the work area clean
  • Maintain all food safety standards
  • Follow the instructions of managerial staff
  • Ensure customers are served quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
  • Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients had an outstanding shopping experience
  • Other duties as assigned
