As Stock Associate, you play a critical role in keeping our airport retail locations fully stocked to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for travelers. Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill stock requests from stockrooms and storage areas, ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise in airport retail store locations.
  • Transport merchandise between stockrooms and terminal stores while maintaining product accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Receive and count incoming truck shipments, reporting any shortages or damages to management.
  • Partner with team members to maintain accurate inventory and organized stock levels.
  • Unload and organize deliveries from distribution centers and vendors.
  • Replenish sales floor inventory and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicate out-of-stock items and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized, secure, and accurate stockrooms while safeguarding company assets.
  • Support store teams with stocking, merchandising, and backroom organization.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company and airport safety procedures.
  • Assist with trash removal, recycling efforts, and general housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure goals and customer service standards are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or retail replenishment role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling inventory.
