Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Outsourced Controller / Client Accounting Services Manager to join our Business Advisory team. This role provides financial leadership and operational insight for multiple clients, helping business owners improve performance, make better decisions, and scale their operations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring team members while managing complex client engagements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for multiple growing companies, providing strategic financial guidance

  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI development for clients

  • Advise clients on accounting processes, operational strategies, and business transactions

  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-quality client service

  • Delegate and review work related to financial statements, tax returns, and advisory deliverables

  • Identify challenges and deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions

  • Take ownership of client engagements and drive results

  • Support growth and profitability for both clients and the firm


Required Qualifications
  • CPA certification required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting or advisory experience in public accounting, industry, or both

  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with shared client ownership

  • Passion for helping business owners grow and succeed
