Responsibilities
  • Efficiently receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
  • Maintain a well-organized backroom to maximize efficiency and support store goals.
  • Execute workload to labor productivity standards, including merchandise processing, steaming, markdowns, and transfers.
  • Assist in replenishing inventory to ensure all available sizes and styles are represented on the sales floor. Greet and help customers when sales staff are not available to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare merchandise according to company visual merchandising standards and support floor set execution.
  • Support Sales Associates by assisting with sales transactions and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Address operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store, hang/fold merchandise, ladder climbing, operate POS registers and other company mobile devices, occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable), occasionally use a hand truck, lift and carry up to 30lbs, and ability to joint/team lift.
