We are seeking a high-performing, well-connected VP of Sales to join the Stingray Advertising US team to exclusively lead and grow our business across WPP agencies.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be pivotal in positioning Stingray Advertising’s multi-platform music ecosystem—spanning digital streaming audio, CTV audio & video, in-car audio, and North America’s leading in-store retail audio network—to WPP agency leads. You will leverage your existing senior agency relationships to unlock significant agency holdco growth and establish Stingray as a core omnichannel partner.

• Drive Agency Revenue: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving adoption and spend across WPP agencies and their client rosters for our entire multi-platform ecosystem.
• Strategic Account Management: Execute end-to-end account ownership, including accurate revenue forecasting, strategic joint business planning, CRM upkeep, and active pipeline management.
• Holdco Relationship Leadership: Build, cultivate, and scale deep, senior-level relationships across WPP’s media agencies, digital desks, and investment teams.
• Full-Ecosystem Value Creation: Constantly challenge the status quo to build innovative, high-value solutions across video, audio streaming, and retail media tailored to WPP clients’ holistic strategies.
• Internal Collaboration: Actively participate in strategy sessions, internal alignment, and weekly status meetings to streamline cross-platform agency execution.
• Industry Ambassadorship: Represent Stingray Advertising as a senior leader at major industry conferences, trade events, and agency showcases.

• 8+ years of digital media sales experience, with a proven track record in revenue generation across video, audio, or digital channels.
• WPP Holdco Expertise: Deep, established senior-level relationships across WPP agencies, trade desks, and investment leads.
• Multi-Platform Experience: Strong familiarity with streaming audio, CTV/video, connected devices, or retail media advertising.
• Account Mastery: Strong command of sales operations, pipeline forecasting, and strategic account development.
• Exceptional Presenter: Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the authority and confidence to present multi-platform media strategies to senior decision-makers.
• Growth Mindset: High-energy, proactive leader with a track record of beating budget targets.
