What You'll Do

You'll lead all aspects of showroom performance, including sales, operations, talent development, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
  • Foster an engaging culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of successful retail leadership with P&L accountability
  • Experience leading commissioned sales teams

  • A passion for developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving results

Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility to support showroom operations, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods. Typical schedules range from 40-50 hours per week based on business needs.
