In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in MDM Development with a focus on STIBO MDM and Customer / Product implementation.
• Experience in STIBO MDM tools.
• Experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques.
• Experience with Stibo STEP and Javascripting using STEP APIs
• Experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
• Experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
• Must be proficient in handling XML Inbound and Outbound in Talend. Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services will be an added advantage
• Experience with process around creating products using data pools and supplier Smartsheets.
• Ability to develop extension APIs for integrations, portals and imports
• Experience in problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export
• Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
• Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
