  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting STIBO STEP environments
  • Experience with data modeling, workflow configuration, business rules, and integration with other systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain STIBO-based solutions in a production environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
