Hourly Compensation: $13.00 hour

The Founders Inn amp; Spa is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented P.M. Steward to join our Food amp; Beverage team. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to support exceptional guest experiences, we would love to meet you.

No prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate!

What You'll Do

As a P.M. Steward, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, carts, fixtures, and work areas
  • Sweep and mop floors to ensure a safe work environment
  • Assist team members and other departments as needed
  • Report maintenance and safety concerns to supervisors
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
  • Support our commitment to exceptional guest service

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
