  • Prepare sterile work areas, supplies, instruments, and equipment required for tissue processing.
  • Assemble, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment and instrumentation used in tissue processing and specialty graft production.
  • Maintain accurate and complete production and quality documentation in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, sanitation, and preparation of instruments and equipment for sterilization.
  • Monitor environmental conditions and report abnormalities, deviations, or processing concerns to management.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and clean, organized, inspection-ready work areas.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet production objectives and product quality requirements.
  • Complete required training, competency assessments, and observational audits.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards given the sensitive nature of human tissue processing.
