Seeking Sterile Processing Tech Team Lead!
Full-time, 6:30p-7:00a, weekend and holiday rotation
Baptist Health Floyd, Sterile Processing Department
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area
Oversee the daily workflow activities related to instrument sterilization and distribution. Work closely with department manager to ensure adequate staffing to case volume. and staff to ensure compliance with sterile processing protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control practices. Provide guidance, training, and support to sterile processing technicians, coordinating work assignments, and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability within the department.
