We Are Hiring Delivery Drivers - $21/hr.+ to Start up to $25/hr.+ (Troutdale, OR)

compensation: $21+ depending on experience - Starting rate per hour depending on experience with opportunities to eventually make over $25/hr. with daily salary and stop bonuses. Depends on you.

Sundodger, Inc. is a FedEx Ground Contractor with package delivery and designated package pick-up routes in the Vancouver, WA and Ridgefield, WA areas. Your workday starts and ends at the Troutdale, OR FedEx Terminal.
We would be a great fit for each other if you are Safe, reliable, hard working, customer-centric team player with a great attitude. A "can-do" personality will set you apart and you'll will feel like your with your people on our team. As a team we like to work hard and have fun.
Successful drivers ensure daily delivery of a reasonable amount of packages out of company-provided vehicles. Our company services specific areas within 45 miles of the terminal limiting unwanted surprises each day. As you get to know these routes your job will become easier and your work days will likely get shorter. Just show up at the terminal, help load and/or organize some of your packages in the truck if needed and head out to safely deliver packages within your route.
Once you have proven yourself safe, reliable, and efficient you will also have the opportunity to earn stop-threshold bonuses EVERY DAY you drive - effectively increasing your $/hr. On top of that, if you finish your daily route early, great! Return safely to the terminal, go home, and get paid for the entire day.
YOU QUALIFY IF:
You have had any driving delivery and driving experience (commercial delivery experience preferred) and you have step-van driving experience or you're willing to learn how to drive larger step vans. If you've been paid to drive (Uber, Lyft, all other work-related delivery drivers) YOU QUALIFY.

• Are 21-years or older with a valid driver’s license
• Do Not Have a Criminal Record
• Have a Clean Driving Record
• Are Able to Physically lift up to 150 pounds (with a dolly - not unassisted)
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen (including THC)
• Have a Great attitude!
• Physically in good condition
• Smart, Can learn quickly and be flexible
