Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking a S&T Program Management Specialist for the ONR S&T portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and execute funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition.
  • Generate new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.
  • Administer DoD S&T policy, priorities, and programs.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of S&T or related DoD experience.
  • Of the 15 years' experience required, a minimum of 10 years must include relevant management oversight experience in DoD, preferably DoN, S&T project planning, execution, and transition.
  • Experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition is required.
  • Experience generating new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior experience with Office of Naval Research (ONR) Science and Technology Portfolio.

Security Clearance:

  • Interim or Active Secret clearance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, onsite preferred with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule.
