Job description

Role: SAP SD / OTC Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Role Overview:

As an SAP SD / OTC Consultant, you will lead client engagements focused on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration between business operations and SAP systems. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and driving process improvements that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops to gather requirements for SAP SD / OTC solutions.
  • Consultant Must have Client Facing Environment, excels at business process optimization, and brings Excellence Communication and analytical skills to the table.
  • Configure and support SAP SD modules (Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Delivery, Credit Management, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, PP) to ensure seamless business integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex order-to-cash and integration issues.
  • Provide business process consulting, documentation, and user training.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with offshore/onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD / OTC configuration and support.
  • Strong understanding of sales, distribution, billing, and pricing functionalities.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent business communication skills.
  • Expertise in cross-functional integration (FI, MM, PP, WM).
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA environments preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, data validation, and business analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
