Circadia Construction is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project execution. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing expertise in estimating and negotiation to contribute to the company's growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive estimates
  • Utilize ProEst software for detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
  • Prepare detailed bid proposals, including pricing, labor, materials, and equipment costs
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
  • Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents to ensure scope alignment
  • Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure estimates align with project schedules and objectives
  • Conduct site visits to gather on-site data and validate estimate assumptions
