We are seeking a Concrete Construction Laborer to join our team and perform hands-on concrete construction work on commercial and structural projects. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding construction tasks including lifting, climbing, walking, bending, and material handling.
  • Prepare, place, and finish concrete including hand digging, screeding, floating, and troweling.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as jackhammers, drills, pumps, compressors, and generators.
  • Break up concrete or pavement as needed for demolition and repair work.
  • Position, align, join, and seal structural components such as concrete wall sections and piping.
  • Assist with framing of wood and metal structures.
  • Install steel sidewall and roof panels, along with sheet metal trim and accessories.
  • Ensure service vehicles, tools, trailers, and equipment are maintained in safe and working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites, including tool and material storage.
  • Follow instructions from Foremen, Project Managers, and Division Managers.
  • Read and follow warning signs, safety labels, and equipment instructions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
