Steel Sports creates a positive youth sports experience - building character and teaching life lessons - for over 100,000 athletes each year. In addition to Steel Soccer, Steel Sports operates Team Steel Baseball and Softball at Baseball Heaven. Duties:
- Conduct practices and develop players' skills and strategies.
- Provide performance feedback.
- Evaluate players through various methods.
- Coordinate game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates
- Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and workshops to enhance coaching skills

- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of baseball.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
