Job Description

Install and maintain all plumbing related utilities; such as: water, sewer, storm drain, fire main, steam, condensate, gas lines, and air lines. Install and maintain related equipment such as: pumps, valves, boilers, hot water tanks, heaters, food service equipment, expansion joints, and fixtures.
This position is designated as essential/emergency personnel.

Required Qualifications

A good working knowledge of plumbing and steam systems.
Valid Virginia driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Installation and/or maintenance of all plumbing related utilities; such as: water, sewer, storm drain, fire main, steam, condensate, gas lines, air lines.
Experience with installation and/or maintenance of: pumps, valves, boilers, hot water tanks, heaters, food service equipment, expansion joints and fixtures.
Possession of or ability to obtain a DPOR Journeyman's or Master's level Plumbing license.

Employment Conditions: Valid driver's license required.
