How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Executes daily operational rounds and SCADA/BMS monitoring across all power house equipment, taking system readings (pressure, temperature, levels) and making adjustments to optimize performance and respond to alarms.

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs heavy power plant machinery, including precise motor and pump alignments to minimize wear and prevent mechanical failure.

  • Performs daily chemical testing and dosage adjustments on boilers, water softeners, and condensate return systems to prevent corrosion and scale buildup.

  • Manages annual boiler teardowns for inspection, adjusting and calibrating fuel-to-air ratios to ensure maximum combustion efficiency and environmental compliance.

  • Tracks real-time facility electrical usage and implemented load-management changes to maintain grid stability and lower operating costs.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Maintenance Professional specializing in Engineer obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Class 1 Steam Engineer license.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year boiler chiller operator experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

2 years in high power area preferred.
